We want you to love every drop of Chimmy. But if something's gone wrong on our end, we'll make it right — no fuss, no drama.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect Email us at getchimmy@chimmy.com.au with your order number and a few photos and we'll get a replacement or refund sorted promptly.
No returns or exchanges For safety and hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used food products. This is standard practice for food goods and we appreciate your understanding.
Change of mind As a small food producer, we're unable to offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We encourage you to check product details before ordering — and if you're unsure, start with Just One (1 Chimmy) 😉
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.
