I tried chimichurri in Argentina two years ago and loved it. I got gifted with Chimmy last Xmas, and it's better than the one I tried in Argentina. I've been buying it every month since.
What I love most is how versatile this chimichurri is! I’ve used it on everything—grilled meats, veggies, sandwiches, and it brings them all to life. On top of that, the flavor is perfectly balanced, and the texture keeps it fresh and satisfying. A definite must-have for any kitchen!

The flavour was incredible!
I cut up a chicken and used most of the kit as marinade for a few hours. I then cooked it in the oven for about 40 mins.
Served with the rest of the kit as a dip.

We absolutely love their chimichurri. We bought the pack of six, and a week later we came back for more. You can have it with anything. Try the spicy chimichurri with cherry tomatoes, avocado, and cottage cheese — you’re not going to regret it.

Dry ingredients didnt soften for days, overall flavour was lacking any tartness/acidity and overall was pretty disappointing.

Trent, thanks for telling it straight. Herbs still crunchy days later isn't how Chimmy should eat, and chimichurri without that vinegar kick is missing half its personality. I want to find out what went wrong with your jar (the batch number's on the lid) and make it right, either a refund or a fresh kit, your call. I've sent you an email.

Absolutely love Chimmy! The flavour is incredible — fresh, punchy and seriously addictive. It takes BBQ meat, steak, chicken and just about anything off the grill to another level.
It’s really easy to prepare and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into getting the balance of herbs, garlic, chilli and acidity just right. A fantastic Australian business with a brilliant product that I’ll definitely be buying again.
If you love BBQs and great food, do yourself a favour and give Chimmy a try. Highly recommended
